Hi, Everyone!

Wow, another week flew by!  It's that time again for another IMM.
I decided not to shop for books this week, yep you know how that goes. ;)
Actually, I went shopping for some antique bookshelves but couldn't find any I liked. What I did find was a cute, antique shop who just happens to carry used books! Bonus for me!
I found these great books and even though they cost me a little more than I usually spend at $12.84 they were still a bargain, although I do dislike the price stickers on them, oh well.

Burned
Clockwork Prince
Evermore
Shadowland
When Blood Calls
Bound To Shadows

Borrowed From Library:

City Of Bones -Cassandra Clare ~Audio

Hope you all had a great week! Share your IMM in the comments, and I will stop by and see how you did!

Thanks for visiting!! See you soon!

  7. Ooh, you have some good books here! Although sometimes I get frustrated with it, The House of Night series still has a hold on me; and I REALLY want to read The Mortal Instrument series, I'll be on the lookout for your review! Happy reading, and thanks for stopping by my IMM! =D

-P.S.- I've used this stuff called "WD-40" before to get sticky residue off of books, so maybe you could try that as well. Just use a little, and test it on the back of your book first to make sure it's not going to mess up the cover. Stickers on books bug me as well, so I hope this information helps!

  9. Googone is good for removing labels and the sticky residue. It's very good stuff, I use it often.

Finding a new store is always good, I hope you find bookshelves. Do you have stacks and stacks on the floor?

    1. Ha, not that bad, yet! I have books stacked on shelves, though. I love Antique shelves and cabinets so I'm hunting for them.

I've heard of Googone just never used it. Thanks!

  12. Love sale books! But yes I do hate the stickers and at Costco and Walmart sometimes they come on the books. You can use something called goo gone. It takes off stickers. I LOVED Clockwork Prince! Jem is so amazing in that one! Hey I happen to be giving away Evermore, Blue Moon, and Shadowlands on my blog lol Hope you enjoy them and thanks for visitingMy IMM!!! Oh and I also love City of Bones!

  13. Hi there Lisa, nice finds this week. Used books are wonderful. I had a fabulous time this weekend just going to my favorite used bookstore here in Singapore, and I found really great titles. You have two Alyson Noel titles here, we received one for review a year back (Radiance) - these two titles seem to be part of that series. Haven't read any Cassandra Clare yet though I've heard that they're pretty good. Enjoy your new reads!

I'm really interested of how good Clockwork Prince is, everyone says it's great.
