In My Mailbox # 4

In my mailbox is a weekly posting of books received, bought, won, or borrowed. Hosted by http://www.thestorysiren.com/

Found some great books this week! Of course I am thrifty so I got them all at my local library used bookstore. Paid $7.75 for all! Thanks for visiting and commenting below!

  1. I've got Divergent, I've got book one in the Trudy Canavan series, and I've got Masques- all unread.

I've read the Kim Harrison Short from Prom nights from Hell, I think... I'm not familiar with the rest. Enjoy!

    1. Thanks! It's quite surprising how many good books that I've been getting from the library used bookstore. Amazon and B&N must miss me!

  3. I've been meaning to get Divergent for the longest time and a few Scott Westerfeld titles. :) One other book caught my eye: My Mother she killed me, my father he ate me. I read that book last year and had a good laugh with some of the stories. The others are odd and disturbing, but simply my kind of thing. Do watch out for the Sleeping Beauty story, very very ... provocative. :)

    1. Lol, I almost didn't purchase that book, but it reminded me of Grimm Fairytales slightly dark. I have yet to read this book. Hopefully I will like it! Thankks!

  5. Great IMM! I haven't heard of most of these, but they look pretty awesome. I really want to read Divergent, and Prom Nights from Hell looks like something I'd definitely read. Enjoy your books!

  8. OMG!!! I want your library! Divergent was in the used pile at the library bookstore!?!?! What a find! I have a copy, of course sitting unread, but I sadly paid more than what you paid for your whole lot!!!! Great haul! Masques (sitting unread, still) and Prom Nights from Hell are all ones I have, too! I'm sure I've got a few of the same Amazon free reads, too (maybe?)

Thanks for visiting me (I'm getting out and about late)!! I'm following back!! Have a great week!

    1. I know, right! I grabbed Divergent so fast off the shelf and I even think I yelled out a little. "YES"! The elderly lady working the store, said, "Are you alright, hon"? I was like yep, clutching the book like it was worth a million dollars! LOL

      Thanks!

  13. I'm one of those that haven't read Divergent yet--I'm not a huge dystopian fan though. You got a real bargain this week. Hope you enjoy them all ;)
