Twisted Perfection is one sexy, chemistry-filled hot romance!
Once upon a time, I read an amazing book called Fallen Too Far by Abbi Glines, I loved it and was swept away in the angst and heartache of two people finding each other, and overcoming obstacles to get to a good place in their relationship. In that book we met the sexy, but semi-mysterious, secondary character; Woods Kerrington. Woods runs the family golf course club business. He's professional, comes off as strong, but has a soft spot that we saw in the first two installments of the Too Far series, he was really a great secondary character in the second book in the Too Far series so much so that he was able to twist off and get his own series in Perfection.
In this book we get two people one broken, battered, and basically damsel in distress at times, in the form of a beauty named Della Sloan. Della and Wood's life crossed paths the first time and fireworks exploded, so much so, I could see and hear them ;)
Della's background was less then stellar. She had to deal with a mother who was mentally disabled and led a very, very sheltered life. Della's mom passes away and Della at nineteen needs to experience life, and get away from everything she's ever known. She pulls up to a gas station and has no clue how to even pump gas, but lucky for her Woods, the always helpful, especially to the ladies, hero is there to lend a hand. Immediately they have an undeniable energy that you can practically feel, right off the pages. That my friends, is what sets Abbie's writing apart from other writers. She's one of the queens of knowing how to write sexually-charged scenes, and believe me there are plenty in this book!
So, our two main character's meet and wind up in between the sheets, a one night stand that they both have a hard time forgetting. They go there separate ways and think they'll never see each other again. But, of course fate, (yes, I do believe in it) crosses their path and they find it really hard to resist one another, even though Woods has obligations to fulfill within his family business, and his parents have a marriage in the works for Woods. A marriage that does not bode well with Woods. He doesn't love this girl his parents are pushing him too, no his heart lies in Della's hand, but his parents are none to thrilled with Woods and force him into making a decision that may force him to lose everything.
Of course a book this emotionally charged, and full of heat and passion has major heat factor, but that is not all it has, it's a great love story, that deals with two people from two different sides of the track coming together.
Your heart will race, you'll sweat, and groan right along with the player's in this book, and you will walk away with a huge smile across your face. Abbi does not disappoint us in this book, she continues to set the bar high for passionate, heat-filled books.
I'm looking forward to the next book in the series and cannot wait to continue with this series!

Sounds amazing. I amd adding to my list now. I love the chemistry between characters and sounds like Della and woods have that going on.
