The scorching tale of one girl, two brothers and a love triangle…that’s not.
Olivia Townsend is nothing special. She’s just a girl working her way through college so she can return home to help her father run his business. She’s determined not to be the second woman in his life to abandon him, even if it means putting her own life on hold. To Olivia, it’s clear what she must do. Plain and simple. Black and white.
But clear becomes complicated when she meets Cash and Nash Davenport. They’re brothers. Twins.
Cash is everything she’s always wanted in a guy. He’s a dangerous, sexy bad boy who wants her in his bed at any cost. He turns her insides to mush and, with just one kiss, makes her forget why he’s no good for her.
Nash is everything she’s ever needed in a guy. He’s successful, responsible and intensely passionate. But he’s taken. Very taken, by none other than Marissa, Liv’s rich, beautiful cousin. That doesn’t stop Olivia from melting every time he looks at her, though. With just one touch, he makes her forget why they can never be together.
Black and white turns to shades of gray when Olivia discovers the boys are hiding something, something that should make her run as far and as fast as she can. But it’s too late to run. Olivia’s already involved. And in love. With both of them.
Both brothers make her heart tremble. Both brothers set her body on fire.
She wants them both.
And they want her.
How will she ever choose between them?
A fun read that will have you
O.K. I'll be the first to admit it- I bought this book solely because of that YUMTASTIC cover! I mean is that not drool worthy or what? I have read M. Leighton's Madly Series, and already know I heart her books, so this was my first non-paranormal read from her, and let me say I will be reading more from this fantastic author.
Cash/Nash ~ Nash/Cash
Two HOT twins!!! One is the smart bad boy, one is the smart, nice guy!
Which would you choose????
Well for me it's always been about the bad boy, heck I even married one! Bad boys can be good, they just need to find the right girl, and that's exactly what Olivia is. She's the girl, that both Cash/Nash want! They find her appealing and although Nash is dating Olivia's cousin that doesn't stop him from wanting to be closer to Olivia.
Cash is the hot, bad boy, owner of a club, he sounds yummy and I couldn't get enough of him. He radiates heat. You know the type, as soon as they walk into the room your eyes meet and your heart starts racing and you start feeling really nervous around them, you get sweaty and you say to yourself "I bet he's HOT in bed".....
Nash, the successful "good guy"(think suits, fancy job, and romance) is with Olivia's bitchy cousin. Even though he's just as hot, as Cash(there twins!) I didn't connect with him as much as Cash, maybe it had to do with him being in a relationship. He does manage to take Olivia out, due to the fact that the bitchy cousin is away-he needs a date to go with him to a function. He's caring and makes her feel wanted, although she is hesitant of him because of her cousin, she does think that he is the best choice for her.
This book was filled with heat and sexual tension. M. Leighton throws in a HUGE monkey wrench in the plot, and although we get a sense of something else going on throughout the book, It still surprised me.
Why, Cash/Nash do the things they do, has alot to do with family, and even though it's CrAzY, I can totally see why it had to be done.
The ending was really good, as raw feelings are expressed and we feel for the characters. Who does Olivia choose, and does she even bother to choose one over the other...You'll have to read it to see. Let me just say this book is HOT, and the ending is a tbc and left me wanting to read the next book, to see what the ramifications are to being with her choice, and what or who is after her, now!
